Jim has unmatched experience across professional sport from community to commercial operations. A former professional rugby player, he has led record-breaking off-pitch teams at Leicester Tigers, Leicester City FC and Leicestershire County Cricket Club, and has devised and managed Testimonial years for some of the biggest names in world rugby.
Jim also uses his knowledge and expertise gained in sport to help businesses through his fast-track system The Gameplan and most recently, has set up ClubHub UK to work with sports clubs to get systems in place to ensure they are sustainable and strong into the future.

With expertise across catering, food and beverage, purchasing, budgeting, customer experience, health and safety and hospitality management, John is a highly skilled catering manager, coach and trainer. His passion for the sector is evident in everything he does, and his attention to detail, number-crunching and cost-saving will ensure clubs make big savings across their catering operations. With a background in sports administration and events management for grass roots, elite, charity and private sports organisations Jess is no stranger to managing a wide portfolio of events from international sporting competitions to fundraising and inclusion events, conferences and training.
A communications whizz, Amanda’s experience of working across elite and grass roots sport makes her someone you’d want on your team.
From managing press rooms for televised rugby matches and being media attaché for international swim teams, to working alongside Loughborough Lightning teams and promoting grass roots sports initiatives and achievements, there’s very little in sport she hasn’t written about.
